Article Abstract
Postoperative impairment in neuropsychological test performance is associated with a transient metabolic neuronal disturbance. Focal ischemic lesions after CABG are more frequent than the apparent neurological complication rate; however, hey are not related to the diffuse postoperative encephalopathy.
